In most tahini, the sesame seeds are heated, but this paste is made with raw seeds to ensure that their nutritional value isn’t compromised. Try your tahini combined with natural yogurt as a dressing for coleslaw, drizzled over spiced salmon or lamb dishes, and blended with roasted courgettes to make a thick, delicious dip.

Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 2 months.

We never use palm fat or emulsifiers, so the nut oil may separate. This does not affect the quality, simply mix in for a creamy consistency.
