Storage & prep

Keep chilled. Give them a stir & re-sleeve once opened. Best eaten within a week. Not suitable for home freezing.

Warning: Whilst every care has been taken to remove olive pits, some fragments may remain.

Ready to eat. Keep chilled in the fridge. The oil often separates out, so please give it a good stir before eating. Check the expiry date and use by that date. We guarantee that your houmous will have 3 days, including the day of delivery before it expires.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once defrosted use consume 2 days
