Storage & prep

Protect from exposure to pests and extreme moisture, light and temperature. Once opened store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Start with 2-3g (3/4 - 1 teaspoon) in the morning and afternoon, during or after meals. Increase to 10g (1 tablespoon) after 2 weeks. Mix into water, juice, smoothies or sprinkle on cereal.
