Pop some of our sustainably wild-caught Red Gurnard Fillets into your frying pan for a melt-in-your-mouth meal. Traditionally used as bait by fishermen, this slightly odd-looking fish has recently seen a surge in popularity. Their unique, bony structure makes them a little trickier to fillet, so we’ve done all the hard work for you. Soft, buttery fillets make for an excellent base for your fish stocks, stews and fresh seafood soups.
