Raspberry Breakfast Pots

Macerating raspberries overnight in honey and thyme gives them a fragrant, sweet flavour and they're delicious layered with yogurt and granola for breakfast. Eat at home, or make this breakfast pot in a jar to take your breakfast with you.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 150g Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp granola

Method

1. Pour the honey into a bowl. Pick the thyme leaves off the thyme sprig and add them to the honey. Stir in the raspberries. Leave them to macerate overnight.
2. If you’re making your breakfast to go, layer the raspberries, yogurt and granola in a jar the next morning and screw the lid on tightly. Eat the breakfast pots within 90 mins to enjoy it at its best. If you’re eating them at home, then an old-fashioned bowl will do.
