Serve up a glass or two of this organic and vegan-friendly Wildsong Pinot Gris, from our friends at Te Awanga. This beautifully textured wine is bright and vibrant, perfect for a spring evening. Grown in the Moteo district of Hawke’s Bay, Te Awanga’s aromatic wine has notes of lychee, ripe stone fruit and quince, with a peach skin finish. Wildsong Pinot Gris grapes are harvested and pressed cold to minimise phenols and fermented at cool temperatures to retain both freshness and aroma, while developing texture.
