Producer

At this time of year, our oyster mushrooms come from the folks down at Brambletye Farm in Sussex. As well as mushrooms, the farm also has apple & pear orchards as well as redcurrant, blackberry and gooseberry plantings.

Ingredients & allergens

Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

While we do everything we can to ensure the information on this page is correct, ingredients, nutritional and dietary information are subject to change. So along with the information on our website, we always recommend that you read each label carefully before enjoying your items

Storage & prep

Don't forget to wash your fruit and veg. Storage-wise, treat them like any mushroom and keep them cool and moist. Pop them in a paper bag or in a tub covered with a breathable cloth and they’ll store well in the fridge for up to a week.

Matters of the heart & soil
Organic farms by nature, save the long term fertility of the soil by allowing worms, insects and more to flourish. There are more living organisms in a handful of good soil than there are people on earth.
