- From South African grapes: 98% Chenin Blanc and 2% Pinotage
- The grapes in this wine are grown on bush vines planted on south-west facing slopes to capture the cool Atlantic breeze
- This wine has been fermented for 14 days and left on lees for two months to add complexity
- Then dealcoholized using gently spun cone technology under vacuum and at a low temperature so that it retains its distinctive body, colour and flavour
- Alcohol: <0.5% Vol
