What makes me special?

- A blend of 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes
- Harvest from dry-land vineyards in South Africa
- With notes of juicy yellow apple, lime and chamomile
- And aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and jasmine
- The vines are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes
- The wine is carefully dealcoholized under vacuum and at low temperature to make sure the wine retains its special flavour and colour
