Deliciously tender, with crunchy almonds, each piece is crafted using traditional, artisanal methods dating back through five generations and over 170 years. The team create each batch by hand in a special cauldron, delicately cooking the sugar and egg whites to perfection, and seasoning their nougat with the very best ingredients.

This traditional treat is perfect for sharing around the fire on cold nights, as it’s all sliced up into bite-sized pieces for you.
