A very special, off-the-bone organic ham from the folks at Daylesford. They prepare all their organic hams right on their farm, in the Daylesford Smokehouse. They work, in small batches, using traditional methods and a time-honoured approach. The ham is soaked in sweet honey to give it a lovely fragrance. It’s then cooked with punchy mustard to give it a wonderfully warming heat. Use a slice or two in your cucumber sandwiches to make them extra special.

"Over thirty-five years ago, we began to turn our family’s farmland over to sustainable, organic farming, first in Staffordshire and then in the Cotswolds.
