The family owned and award-winning Authentic Bread Co in Gloucestershire has been baking traditionally made organic breads for 20 years. Inspired by annual family holidays in France, the Bake at Home range is handmade using their high grade organic flour and then part baked leaving you to choose when to finish off. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven and your kitchen will smell like your very own bakery.
White Wheat Flour* (Wheat*, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thaimin), Water, Sea Salt, Yeast. Made in a factory that handles Nuts, Sesame, Egg, Soya, and milk.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, bake and consume the same day.
Remove all packaging and lightly sprinkle the bread with water. Place in a 200°C oven for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden.
