Founded in 1994 by Alistair Blair, The Fish Society was created with a commitment to only deliver the finest quality fish and seafood. Sourcing catches from a variety of fisheries, The Fish Society believe that to really capture the flavour of seafood, it’s essential to freeze fish as soon as possible. That’s why they make sure to freeze catches within 1-4 days of them being landed. Everything we sell from them, will have been defrosted for delivery. Meaning you’ll only get the most flavoursome seafood, without missing out on the advantages of it being frozen. Plus, everything will have the guarantee of having a 1-3 MCS rating, ensuring you’ll get responsibly sourced fish and seafood every time.
