The team at Morgiel Foods are working to change the food industry by crafting and supplying naturally fermented, organic vegetable pickles. They’re a family-owned business, founded by Lukasz Morgiel in 2011, when he saw a gap in the market for these kinds of pickles. A Polish native, he was used to food preserved this way, which wasn’t available in the UK. Lukasz and his team believe natural ferments are the best way to preserve organic crops. And that they’re delicious and nourishing too.
