The Little Milk Company is made up of ten family run, organic dairy farms in Munster and Leinster, Ireland. They came together with a shared vision for quality cheese and sustainable farming and have now have a whole shelf full of awards for their efforts. This month's Monthly Cheese Club celebrates the best organic Irish cheese we could get our hands on.
