From Jan 29th - 16th Feb we’re on a collection drive once again. Have any damaged or retired mobile phones gathering dust in a drawer? Just like our deliveries, we’d like to help in other ways to keep things green.
Our new charity phone collection
What's all this then?
We’re collecting phones on behalf of Jamie’s Computers (a recycling social enterprise). They’ll recycle and dispose of them properly. If they can be repaired and sold, all the money generated goes towards The Society of St. James for their Cafe in the Park, which provides employment and training opportunities to local people with histories of homelessness.
Here's what to do
1. Pop your old phone into a paper bag.
2. Attach this tag with some box string to the neck of the bag.
3. Leave the bag out for your driver with your boxes.
