Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0 to 5°C. Once opened consume withing 24 hours.

Pan-Seared: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes with the heat turned low.

Previously frozen. Not suitable for home freezing.
